Customs and Indirect Taxation

Our firm has a particular expertise in a wide range of claims against the Customs Authority. Our firm represents importers and companies against customs in relation to financial matters including payments made under protest. It also includes all the legal and commercial aspects involved, such as submission of legal claims and interim orders in the framework of annulling a tender in order to reject an unlawful gain, or enforcing one which a client has lawfully gained.
